Especially concentrated on the west part of Turkey including Aegian and
Marmara regions, BERGAMA Wind Energy Power Generation Inc. is found for
establishing facilities to generate electricity from wind energy.
With the measurements that have been done on various sites and
feasibility studies, Bergama Wind Energy Power Generation Inc. has applied to acquire the license from
EMRA, for the Aliağa WEPP with a total installed capacity of 90MW and got its license on July 17,2008.
Aliağa WEPP owned by the company will be under operation in 2009.
