Yapısan Construction was established in 1981 and ever since many
construction projects has successfully been completed in Turkey.
During this continuous active period, Yapısan Construction has completed
and commissioned many governmental contracts, buildings, infrastructure
works in Turkey and has gained many experiences since it was
established. Especially, it has strong technical staff and equipment in
infrastructure works.
REALIZED AND ONGOING PROJECTS
Summary of the completed projects and brief description about the
developing projects are listed below:
M.K.E.K. Mould Manufacturing Factory Infrastructure
Construction. Completed in 1981.
Adıyaman Province 300-People Half Open Prison
Construction. Completed in 1987.
Etibank, Bursa Kestelek Boran Mine Enterprise,
Administrative and Technical Building and Infrastructure Construction.
Completed in 1989.
Turkish Republic Ministry of Commerce and Industry,
Trabzon Carpenters and Furniture Dealers Cooperation Industrial Estate
Construction and its Infrastructure Construction. Completed in 1994.
Turkish Republic Ministry of Environment, Environmental
Reference Laboratory 1st and 2nd Part Constructions completed.
29.8 MW Hazar I-II HEPP in Elazığ; building of water works
and doing the rehabilitation works, this project is belonging to Bilgin
Electric Inc. Started in 1996 and completed in 2000.
Yapısan Construction Inc. constructed Sewerage
Infrastructure Construction of İller Bankası General Directorate in
Kücükköy/Balıkesir. This project which was initiated in 1995 and the
project is completed.
Yapýsan also owns a concrete pipe plant which is certified
from the T.S.E. (Institute of Turkish Standards) where steam cured pipes
up to radius of Ø200 - Ø1800 mm are produced. The concrete pipes used in
the infrastructure project are produced by our firm.
Hacılar HEPP owned by Yapısan Elektrik Inc. construction,
including all mounting and electromechanical works. Construction was
completed as short as 21 months.
Bandirma WEPP owned by Yapısan Electricity GEneration Inc. construction, including
all access roads, infrastructures, mounting pads, turbine foundation
works, buildings and other civil works.
Yapısan Construction Inc. started to direct its resources including
equipment, experience and human resources to the energy sector in the
recent years. In this field, Yapısan Construction Inc. has become a
specialist in development, turnkey construction, running and maintenance
of power production plants and in assisting the projects of the Bilgin
Group companies as well as the other companies.
